Are you a BCBA ready to step into a leadership role while staying connected to clinical work?

Camen Behavioral Services is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Kissimmee Clinic. This is a clinic-based leadership position where you will support day-to-day operations, provide on-floor clinical guidance, and mentor your team.

This role reports directly to the Clinical Director and plays a key part in maintaining a strong, supportive, and high-quality clinical environment.

  • This is a hands-on leadership position combining clinical excellence with team and clinic support.

You will be responsible for

  • Supporting daily clinic flow and structure
  • Providing real-time, on-floor support to RBTs and staff
  • Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
  • Reporting directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations
  • 🧠 What We’re Looking For
  • β†’ Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • β†’ Active BCBA certification
  • β†’ Strong clinical experience in a clinic setting
  • β†’ Confidence supporting and guiding a team in real time
  • β†’ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • β†’ Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilities

Clinical

  • β†’ Conduct FBAs and oversee development of BIPs
  • β†’ Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data
  • β†’ Ensure treatment integrity and clinical quality

Team Support

  • β†’ Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff
  • β†’ Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship
  • β†’ Support onboarding and development of new team members

Leadership & Operations

  • β†’ Support daily clinic operations and flow
  • β†’ Provide on-floor guidance and problem-solving
  • β†’ Assist with opening and closing the clinic
  • β†’ Report directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations

Administrative

  • β†’ Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • β†’ Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
  • β†’ Communicate with families and team members as needed
