Maintenance Technician

Leaders Furniture—one of North America’s largest family-owned casual furniture retailers—is hiring a Traveling Maintenance Technician who enjoys hands-on work, problem‑solving, and staying on the move. If you’re new to the job market or building your maintenance career, this role gives you real experience while exploring Florida.

What You’ll Do

• Travel throughout the state in a company vehicle to support our showrooms.
• Complete light repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, and basic A/C tasks.
• Perform landscaping and irrigation upkeep to keep locations looking great.
• Repair walls, floors, and fixtures as needed.
• Operate lifts and scaffolding for elevated work.
• Assist with building projects and occasional customer-home repairs.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record (required).
• Comfort using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to travel across Florida.
