About The Role
About the Role Job Purpose You will play a pivotal role in category management, taking end-to-end ownership of product lines and effectively managing the entire product lifecycle. Ensure the optimal consumer product portfolio fit for A/ME markets, with a strong focus on consumer segments, by driving portfolio performance, alignment, and growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: Category Management: Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business goals. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. Focus on long term strategy and short-term wins for the category. Lead and manage regional meetings with sales teams and customers to align on portfolio performance, needs, and priorities. Act as a key interface between regional sales, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure portfolio relevance and execution excellence. Product Lifecycle Management: Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for product enhancements or discontinuation. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market assessments to identify emerging opportunities and threats. Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and industry trends to refine product strategies. Close follow up about industry regulations, standards, and advancements. Product Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive product awareness and demand in short and long term. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans. Create a regional product library for all stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience Required Education, Master, other certification: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus) Experience (years): • Proven experience — 4 years in product management within the tire industry or related sectors Technical Skills: • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and support strategic decisions • Knowledge of tire manufacturing processes, materials, and industry regulations (plus) • Project management and organizational skills Languages Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration skills Soft/Behavioral Skills: • Effective cross-functional collaboration • Strong organizational abilities • Strategic thinking and decision-making • Communication and interpersonal skills
