About The Role

The Assistant Underwriter supports the underwriting team by performing rating, policy issuance, document review, and customer service activities to ensure accurate and timely handling of new and renewal business. • Collect and analyze data to rate new and renewal business • Navigate efficiently in rating and issuance systems to ensure timely and accurate issuance of policies and policy amendments • Adhere to all Carolina Casualty, underwriting, state, and federal rules and regulations
