Tech Mechanical Engg for reputed college Minimum 60 % marks Should have been consistent & secured good percentage throughout academics. 4 Age Minimum: 26 Maximum: 34 5 Experience Minimum: 4 Maximum: 12 Preferred Exposure: Two wheeler vehicle components design viz., Frame, stands swing arm etc. 6 Job Responsibilities Responsible for design & development of chassis components like step holders, main stand, side stand, Fuel tank, trim parts like side covers, cowls etc. Develop new design concepts & its analytical / experimental evaluation Address DFM/DFA/DFS aspects in design Understand field & internal testing failure phenomenon, analyze & provide countermeasures Create & evaluate 3D packages, clearances with interfacing parts, conduct stack up analysis. Check 2D drawings & incorporate GD&T parameters Conduct FE analysis & interpret results for design decisions Co-ordination with CAE, Testing, materials, manufacturing, service, vendor teams Suggest & execute VA/VE ideas Technical/Functional requirement: Basic design knowledge of two wheeler vehicle system parts. Well versed with 3D modelling & drawing generation in UG-NX. Knowledge of stress analysis viz., Ansys, Hypermesh tools. Knowledge of CAD modelling, PLM tools. Hands on experience on UG-NX, Team center will be added advantage Exposure to manufacturing process like forging, Aluminium PDC/GDC, Press & fabrication, etc. 7 Competency Requirements Behavioral : Task execution speed Initiative, desire to Learn Effective team player Proactive and Good interpersonal skills Good communication skills
