Position/Designation L3 – Technical Architect / Technical Manager Grade/Level L3 Location Akurdi HO Experience Minimum 8 years of experience skilled in Program Management or Operations Management with exposure to working for Banking/NBFC sector. Tech /M.C.A./M.C.S Reporting To DGM IT Summary Role Profile/Job Responsibilities We are seeking a Technical Architect / Technical Manager with strong BFSI domain expertise , capable of defining enterprise architecture while remaining hands-on. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in Java-based systems , databases, Linux environments, along with exposure to AI-driven solutions, DevOps practices, and regulatory compliance relevant to BFSI/NBFC ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Define and govern end-to-end architecture for BFSI platforms (LOS, LMS, KYC, Credit, Integrations) Design scalable, secure, and high-availability systems using Java, APIs, and Microservices Provide architectural oversight, code reviews, and technical mentorship Ensure systems adhere to security, audit, and regulatory standards Collaborate with compliance, risk, and infosec teams for regulatory alignment Lead vendor integrations and technical evaluations Own production stability, performance tuning, and incident management Act as an individual contributor for critical design and troubleshooting Skill Sets Required Required Technical Skills Strong expertise in Java / J2EE , Spring / Spring Boot Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems Strong database skills in MySQL (queries, indexing, performance tuning) Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Integration architectures Familiarity with Git, JIRA , and SDLC best practices AI & Advanced Technology Exposure Understanding of AI/ML concepts and BFSI use cases (fraud detection, credit scoring, OCR, document processing) Experience evaluating and integrating FinTech / AI-based platforms DevOps & Cloud Knowledge Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release automation Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes , and containerized deployments Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an advantage BFSI / NBFC & Compliance Knowledge (Added Advantage) Strong understanding of NBFC/BFSI business processes Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements such as: RBI guidelines Data privacy and data retention norms Audit, VAPT, and security compliance KYC / CKYC / DigiLocker regulations Ability to design systems with compliance-by-design principles Leadership & Managerial Skills Experience leading and mentoring technical teams Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills Ability to balance delivery timelines, compliance, and architecture integrity Key Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive, ownership-driven mindset Excellent communication and documentation skills Comfortable working in regulated, high-availability BFSI environments Certifications (Preferred) ITIL Certification (IT Service Management).
