Account Associate

In this role, you will work with a dedicated team of Senior Account Managers to coordinate delivery and execution of Aurora's world-leading subscription products across accounts, ensuring workshops, onboarding, and service delivery are scheduled and completed effectively. You will act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, while also supporting client engagement by identifying new users and coordinating product demos (e.g. EOS) to drive adoption.This role plays a critical part in ensuring a consistent client experience while enabling Account Managers to focus on renewals, expansion, and strategic account development.
