Forward Deployed Engineer

Astrana is building a high-impact AI transformation team focused on solving the most important problems across the business. The role is straightforward: identify where the organization is losing time, outcomes, or value - and build systems that fix it.This means working directly with the people running our markets, understanding how the work actually gets done, and building entirely new tools, automations, and applications from the ground up. This position operates under a hybrid work model, with a combination of in-office and remote work each week. Office locations include Monterey Park, CA; Orange County, CA; and Las Vegas, NV.
