Director - Clinical Operations

About the Role We are seeking a hands-on, operationally focused Director of Operations to lead and integrate Astrana’s operational strategy into a newly acquired network of Value-based care clinical sites. As a key leader within Astrana Health, this individual will play a critical role in stabilizing operations, supporting provider engagement, optimizing processes, leveraging analytics, and implementing scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact across a multi-site clinic network. The Director will partner closely with clinic leadership to ensure continuity of care and drive performance improvement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, transitional healthcare environments and has experience with clinic integrations.
