Job Duties: - Assist candidates with the completion of applications; ensuring they are completed per hiring policy guidelines - Assist the Recruiter in facilitating the post-offer process of onboarding, pre-employment physicals and drug screens - Assist the Recruiter with completion of hiring policy forms (pre-screen, applications, etc.)
