Specialist Order Management PCB Location: Shanghai, China To strengthen our Supply Chain organisation in China, we are looking for an Specialist Order Management PCB Key Roles & Responsibilities: In this role you will: Perform (semi) routine customer Care office tasks, including software input (SAP or equivalent). Responsible for customer order fulfillment, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Order entry within 24 hours for all orders, confirm orders within 48 hours, execute on order allocation decisions Serve as contact for customers and sales to assure responsiveness (order and delivery related info) through professional & efficient communication and proactive updates throughout the entire order flow. Organize physical delivery of products to end users (consumables/equipment/Spare parts) and organize the shipment and communicate delivery to all parties involved + management of service contracts Coordinate with related teams to report and address complaints and returns effectively. Drive operational excellence by monitoring supply chain related key factors, identifying bottlenecks in the order process and collaborating across departments to implement timely solutions. Handle resource conflicts following allocation decisions Profile: You have a bachelor degree in a relevant field and min. 5 years experience in an international environment You understand business needs from various departments (Operations, Finance, Sales, Service, Supply Chain, Logistics) You have strong communication skills; y ou communicate with and inform all parties involved in the process, incl. 3rd party suppliers & transport companies You are a real team player You have an in-depth understanding of SAP and workflow applications You have commercial awareness of impact own job on service results.
