Let's create impact beyond tomorrow What awaits you Manage and monitor overall warehouse operations. Supervise warehouse activities, including: Unloading, receiving, inspection, unpacking, put-away, and space arrangement for storage and stock rotation. Picking, packing, and loading operations. Ensure all products are properly stored and organized. Manage warehouse locations and optimize space utilization. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure goods are received and dispatched properly. Follow up and respond to inquiries accurately and in a timely manner. Manage the warehouse team and assigned areas, including inventory control activities, stock arrangement by batch number, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. Collaborate and communicate regarding damage, shortage, or excess goods; handle claims, identify root causes, and propose preventive actions. Monitor stock levels of consumables and packaging materials. Monitor warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and report key performance indicators (KPIs). Be responsible for annual stock-taking activities. Control and follow up on cycle count activities. Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in handling daily issues and proactively communicate with the supervisor. Your Profile You contribute Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. Ability to work in a warehouse environment is required. Experience using SAP (Material Management module). Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Free Zone, import, and export regulations.
