About The Role

Your Mission Full responsibility for revenue and profit growth across all business areas, as well as successful portfolio launches to achieve KPIs Drive business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans across all segments Further develop and manage a dynamic business case management process in close alignment with key stakeholders Define market-driven product requirements and derive strategies based on trends, customer needs, and competitive insights Build and evolve an innovative, customer-centric solutions portfolio, including lifecycle management Lead, develop, and empower a team, fostering future capabilities and clear accountability structures Ensure cross-functional collaboration (e.g., market, technology, transformation) and represent the function at the executive level Manage strategic customer relationships, oversee critical escalations, and contribute to company-wide initiatives Your Talents Master’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field Extensive leadership experience (15+ years) in product, solution, or business management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles Proven track record of building and leading large, cross-functional teams and delivering business growth Strong experience in successful product launches across different categories (e.g., single-use, instruments, capital devices) Strong strategic, visionary, and analytical capabilities, including solid business analytics expertise Deep understanding of healthcare markets, customer needs, and clinical applications Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, along with conflict management and change leadership abilities Strong financial acumen and portfolio management expertise, combined with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) Your Benefits Flexible working hours & mobile working: In many areas, working hours and location can be arranged as required​ 30 vacation days and various special payments​​ Further training opportunities: Open in-house seminar program, extensive e-learning offering, professional development courses and much more Corporate benefits and bicycle leasing​ Subsidy for private pension plan and company health management​ Various childcare options – at the headquarters in Tuttlingen​ Health, sports, cultural and leisure activities – offers vary depending on location​
