About The Role

Project management to fulfil regulatory & audit requirement (e.g. Volcker Rule, Environment Risk Management) Liaise with head office (tokyo) to be align with global initiatives and report incidents to Japanese Financial Service Agency. Ensure the implementation of risk control frameworks and establishment of efficient risk controls across APD. Represent the interests of 1st line of defence control owners and handle with requests from front office such as enhancements on system / procedures. Collaborate closely with senior management, planning team in SNG/HO and front office to work for the re-organization, enhancement of TOM or group governance, while evaluating potential risks and challenges as necessary Support the preparation and coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including Executive Management Committee meetings, and regulatory inspections. Job Requirements Degree in Business/Finance Good working knowledge of developing and implementing risk control framework Prior business plannning and/or control in banking Proficiency in Japanese is preferred as this role needs to prepare regular reports to Japanese Financial Service Agency and to liaise with Head Office Knowledge of Japanese Banking Law is an advantage Strong comunication skills (written and spoken)
