Summary The Driver - Class A plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of events by safely transporting equipment between warehouses, venues, and customer locations. This position is responsible for ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining compliance with transportation regulations, and supporting operational excellence through strong teamwork, communication, and customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely transport equipment to and from warehouse facilities, event venues, and customer locations. Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment in accordance with company and DOT requirements. Maintain a clean driving record and operate company vehicles safely and professionally. Ensure timely pickup and delivery of all assigned shipments and equipment. Complete required logs, inspections, and transportation documentation accurately and on time. Communicate shipment status and transportation activities with warehouse, operations, and event teams. Support warehouse operations and equipment handling as needed. Promote teamwork, safety, and operational excellence across all departments. Assist with training and mentoring team members when required. Education & Experience Must be at least 21 years of age in order to apply to this job. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid Class A CDL license in good standing. Minimum one (1) year of commercial driving experience required. Experience transporting event, production, or commercial equipment is preferred. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must have a valid Driver’s license for vehicles 26,000 pounds and less. Must have or have the ability to obtain Department of Transportation Medical Certificate.
