About The Role
Your role As a , your mission is to [ To deliver efficient administrative, workplace, and executive support services that ensure smooth daily operations, provide positive employee and visitor experience, and support business activities through effective coordination of office administration, facilities, and hospitality services ]. You will report to [ General Manager ]. You will Ma nage administrative operations, procurement, and workplace resources, including office supplies, PPE, employee welfare items, and other administrative materials, ensuring timely availability, cost-effectiveness, efficient utilization, accurate expense processing, and compliance with company policies. Coordinate and manage administrative service providers to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace environment, while driving continuous improvement of administrative services, processes, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction. Coordinate visitor reception, executive visits, and administrative support for the General Manager to ensure professional service delivery. Support domestic and international business travel, visa, and immigration-related activities for employees and management, ensuring efficient execution and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Plan and coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications to support corporate culture and business operations, while collaborating with regional and global communication teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies and brand guidelines. Perform other duties and responsibilities related to General Affairs and Administration as assigned. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, English, Hospitality Management, or related fields. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Administration, General Affairs, Office Management, Executive Assistant, or related functions. Experience in multinational or manufacturing companies is preferred. Knowledge & Skills: Solid knowledge of office administration, vendor management, event coordination, and travel arrangements. Strong communication, coordination, planning, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Other Requirements: CET-4/CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency; fluent spoken English preferred. Detail-oriented, accountable, and execution-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
