In this role, you will take ownership of your sales territory, actively develop new business, and strengthen existing partnerships while delivering value-driven solutions to your customers. Your role Actively hunt for new customers and turn leads into signed business while growing existing accounts within your assigned region Spend most of your time in the field — meeting customers, understanding their processes, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities Track market trends and competitor activity to adjust your sales approach Plan and execute targeted sales activities, manage your pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasts and reports To succeed, you will need Completed secondary education (technical background is an advantage) At least 2 years of experience in field sales, ideally with technical or industrial products Communicate confidently in Polish and English in both customer-facing and internal settings Hold a valid driving license and are ready to spend most of your time traveling within your region Comfortable working independently in a home-based role with a high level of ownership In return, we offer We offer compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and responsibilities of the role.
