Your role As a , your mission is to collect voice of customer, reflect on product roadmap, implement new product launch and manage product life cycle. You will Partner with the account team to develop and execute product strategies, support new product introductions (NPI), and provide product expertise to achieve business targets. Gather customer feedback (VOC), drive new product and continuous improvement initiatives (CIP), and conduct market and competitive analysis to strengthen product differentiation. Collaborate with Division Product Management and Marketing Communications to ensure the availability and accuracy of product, technical, and market-related information and materials. Champion Edwards products by promoting their value proposition , providing application support, and influencing customers to adopt Edwards solutions. Lead and coordinate new product evaluation and qualification activities, working with internal teams and customers to enhance product reliability and performance. Deliver technical presentations, manage product- and application-related issues, comply with safety requirements, and perform other duties assigned by management. Master or Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry, with sound knowledge and experience of Edwards products. Proven ability in Sales or sales support role with experience in managing product knowledge and technical information and to organise, write and present effective Applications Specific material. Good inter-personal and communication skills to build sound relationship with Division Product Management and customers. Strong presentation and influencing skills, both verbal and written. Maintains intellectual property awareness. Ability to work under pressure, provide support to sales and customers. Good appreciation of major OEM process tools and competitor’s product.
