Administration Support

Your role Provide sales support to sales and customer - Be responsible for aftermarket order process, enquiries and system maintenance. - To work closely with sales & customer to ensure order fulfillment included order status monitoring, create order, close order & order invoice. - Stock management in system. Co-ordination with FSE, credit team and logistic team - Interacting with different parties and responsible for the job execution smoothly. - Works on report and quick action to solve open topics. - Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy. Office administration - Assist Operation Manager to maintain the SHEQ policy -Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required -Filing and documentation.
