About The Role

Project Lead As a , your mission is to Drive end-to-end PPI projects, ensuring efficient execution, compliance, and successful product launch through cross-functional collaboration. You will report to [Engineering Manager]. You will Project management: responsible for high-level definition, planning, execution and timely delivery of projects. Engineering ownership of products: Responsible for ensuring efficient support on the commitment of project related topics on supply chain, in-house manufacturing process and aftermarket. Teamwork: Develop positive relationships to promote collaboration among multifunctional teams. Support and guide the other departments in their technical needs. Actively support the other teams whenever this cooperation is the more effective or sustainable way to reach the company objectives. Standards & Compliance: Ensure delivered products continuously meet legislative, industrial, and corporate standards through design, safety review and certification processes. Ensures that all areas under direct control, are conducted and work in a safe and effective manner in compliance with the Company's Health and Safety policy as well as all applicable regional laws and regulations related to labor, safety and environment.
