This non-certified role observes patients, provides basic nursing care, and maintains the patient environment in an outcome oriented, safe, therapeutic, compassionate, and cost-effective manner. Provides patient observation and reports observations to the RN Maintains patient safety Provides personal care for patient including hygiene and physical comfort measures Assists/feeds patients Answers call lights promptly Takes and records vital signs Turns, moves lifts, ambulates and transports patient by wheelchair, stretcher or bed as needed within the hospital or for discharge Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate or GED We’re proud to offer a robust benefits package that supports your health, growth, and well-being.
