Electrophysiologist Bay Area Cardiology Associates | Greater Tampa, Florida Position Overview Bay Area Cardiology Associates is seeking a full-time Electrophysiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving the Greater Tampa region. This role includes a mix of clinic and hospital responsibilities with broad exposure to electrophysiology procedures and consultative care across affiliated hospitals and office locations. Key responsibilities/services include: Diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, both standard and complex Performance of routine and complex catheter ablations Implantation and management of cardiac devices Electrophysiology studies, intracardiac mapping, remote monitoring, and comprehensive inpatient/outpatient EP care Opportunities for watchman implantation and other electrophysiology-related structural heart procedures The incoming physician will work within state-of-the-art clinic and hospital facilities alongside a dedicated team of APPs, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Shared Monday–Friday general call responsibilities provide balanced physician support and work-life balance. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, productivity bonuses, additional incentives, and clinical research revenue, and equity opportunity.
