Sales Development Representative – B2C GTM (m/f/d)

⭐️ Your Impact

As our SDR (m/f/d), you own the top of our B2C funnel: qualifying homeowner inquiries across PV systems, wallboxes, heat pumps, air conditioning, and Elektro-Checks, and routing them to the right partner electrician. It's a high-volume, consumer-facing role — most of your day is on the phone or in chat with homeowners, and regularly with our partners.

Your Impact

• Respond fast to inbound B2C leads and qualify them against clear, trade-specific criteria.
• Keep the funnel full by following up on stalled inquiries and other sourced leads.
• Route qualified projects to the right partner by capacity and region, and keep partners aligned on lead quality and pipeline.
• Guide homeowners through a large, unfamiliar investment decision with patience and clarity — while keeping CRM data clean and hitting volume and SLA targets.

✨ What Makes You a Great Fit

• 0–2 years in an SDR, inside sales, customer service, or another high-volume, consumer-facing phone/chat role.
• Native or near-native German (C1+) and working English.
• Energized by high call/chat volume and clear targets, not drained by it.
• An empathetic communicator who builds trust quickly with non-technical homeowners — and is comfortable being a regular contact for external partners.
• Bonus: interest or background in solar, heat pumps, EV charging, HVAC, or the electrical trades
