As a Head of Tax, you will overseeing daily operations, managing sales performance, and driving growth within offline retail distribution networks. You'll identify new business opportunities, lead the sales process end-to-end, build strong customer relationships, and ensure sustainable sales growth across assigned areas. Location : KS Tubun, Kota Jakarta Barat, Dki Jakarta, Indonesia What We’ll Work on Together Handle and oversee all company tax activities, including compliance, reporting, tax planning, and tax risk management Ensure accurate and timely tax payments and reporting Review monthly and annual tax reports and fiscal reconciliations Develop tax strategies and provide tax advice to management Handle tax audits, SP2DK, objections, appeals, and communication with tax authorities Monitor tax regulation updates and ensure company compliance Lead and manage the tax team Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field Minimum 7 years of experience in taxation Preferably from retail, distribution, or FMCG industry Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations Experienced in tax audit and tax dispute handling Brevet AB required, USKP preferred Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Familiar with accounting/ERP systems Why You’ll Love Working Here At Blibli, growth starts with people — those who take initiative, care deeply about their craft, and support one another to make meaningful impact .
