Current Role Requirements (non-negotiable)

1. MUST have

• experience in any
• client- or customer-facing/service role
• (e.g. retail, hospitality, or similar industries).

1. MUST meet at least ONE

of the following criteria

• has a valid
• WWCC (employee-type) or RSA Certificate.
• previous experience in
• Sales/Lead Gen within a KPI-driven environment.
• previous experience as a

Mascot, Costume Character

or

Promotional Character

• at events, activations, or similar engagements.

What You'll Be Doing

• Representing a variety of brands, products, and services with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Distributing promotional materials, samples, and giveaways to engage potential customers
• Delivering exceptional customer service while building rapport and generating leads
• Supporting in event operations, including food & beverage service, guest registration, event hosting, and ticketing
• Working as part of concert, festival, and merchandise teams
• Assisting with event setup, pack-down, and general on-site logistics
• Bringing events to life by performing as a mascot or fun costume characters (if you're up for it!)
• Providing reliable business support tailored to our clients' needs
• Creating memorable experiences by bringing positive energy and great vibes to every event!

You could find yourself working at

Stadiums (NRL, AFL, A-League, Rugby)

• Beaches (sun + free samples = best shift ever)
• Train stations (flyering + meeting new faces)
• Shopping centres (retail pop-ups)
• Expo halls and trade shows (think: cool booths and buzzing crowds)
• Corporate offices and many more — different events have different locations!

The Ideal Candidate

• Naturally outgoing, friendly and energetic people with a positive and can-do attitude!
• Confident communicators with strong English skills and the ability to engage comfortably with a wide range of people.
• Attentive to detail and able to follow guidelines and procedures accurately.
• Individuals who enjoy looking polished and professional.
• Team players who are equally comfortable working independently.
• Dependable, reliable and committed staff who show up for the shifts they accept.
• No previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or Event Staff required!

• We have 4-hour shift minimums & pay travel if it’s over a certain distance from the CBD.
