Bespoke Technologies is actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels with a current

TS/SCI w/Polygraph

to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages.

Responsibilities

• Review specialized data for intelligence leads
• Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives
• Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation
• Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats
• Use customer collection platforms to identify and reduce intelligence gaps in the pursuit of tactics and operations.
• Create, read, and process all-source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, and reports from all disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).

Basic Qualifications

• Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance;
• candidates who do not possess the required clearance will be disqualified
• Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission
• Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required
• Prior experience in supporting national security operations
• Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
• Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently
• Strong analytic writing and editing skills

• Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies
• Experience supporting senior decision makers

Required Qualifications

• Level 2: requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• **Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree
