About The Role This role is responsible for end ‑ to ‑ end digital solution implementation for Japan business, as well as APAC regional and global level business initiatives. The role will act as the key contact person between end users and global digital product owners, translate local business needs into clear digital requirements, manage the overall project timeline and milestones, and drive the successful roll ‑ out and continuous improvement of global digital solutions. How You Will Do It Digital Transformation & Implementation Planning - Translate global OEM Technology digital strategy and roadmap into actionable implementation plans for Japan, identify local digital opportunities, lead change management, and ensure digital solutions are rolled out on scope and on time Cross ‑ regional Stakeholder & Requirement Management - Serve as the primary point of contact between Japanese users and global digital product owners. Collect, analyze and translate Japanese business requirements into structured digital requirements, responsible for data definition, proactively communicate development progress and manage user expectations - Be responsible for not only local Japan-related business, but also participant in and drive various regional and global level projects and topics Product Ownership & Continuous Improvement - Take ownership of digital solution modules throughout the lifecycle, lead UAT, and feedback collection, and drive continuous optimization of digital solutions to meet business needs. What We Look For - Bachelor’s degree and above in chemical engineering, materials science, or information technology related field - Minimum 3–5 years working experience in digital transformation, well understood Agile / Scrum approach and digital product management - Fluent Japanese (written & spoken) is mandatory for communication with Japanese stakeholders. - Proven experience in managing project timelines, milestones and implementation plans independently, preferably with cross ‑ border project delivery experience. - Strong stakeholder management skills, able to proactively update progress and manage user expectations. - High sense of ownership, proactive mindset and strong problem ‑ solving skills under cross ‑ regional complex environments. - Fluent English for global collaboration with regional teams
