Location: Ataşehir Grade: 3 Working type: Hybrid Contract Tipe: Temporary Job Description Order processing of all transaction type orders and order confirmations to customers. Order Backlog Management Proactive order monitoring and keeping customers updated with regular information pertainingto orders and shipments Preparation and organization of any kind of necessary license and registration documents to have the orders released Follow up of the transport phases from the system and also with the local agencies of the carriers and keeping the customers updated Follow up of the documentation and managing the corrections if needed Posting of the docs to the customer or to the bank as per the payment term Process Non-Conformances (NCM) as agreed with the related Sales Departments Regular information exchange with Sales Departments Files all relevant documents Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification Min. 1 year of professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Strong communication and interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Turkish Experience in sap
