SAP ABAP Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ABAP Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience in implementation, conversion, rollout, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RICEFW objects, object-oriented programming (OOP), and the ability to manage production incidents independently. Experience in Web Dynpro and SAP HANA is a plus.

 

  Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs and RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms)    objects.
• Engage in full-cycle development from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with functional teams to analyze requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in ABAP development.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation.
• Support and mentor junior developers when necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest ABAP technologies and trends, especially in SAP HANA.
