Job Summary Seeking a Data Scientist with demonstrated experience designing and implementing advanced AI/ML and data science solutions across mission domains The successful candidate will support the MPO customer environment and develop sophisticated Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and customized machine learning solutions Primary Responsibilities Design and implement advanced AI/ML and data science solutions Develop Agentic AI systems and customized RAG capabilities Assess, evaluate, and implement appropriate ML models for specific mission needs Train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy machine learning and large language models Tailor AI/ML solutions for operational performance and resource constraints Develop models suitable for low-memory and low-resource edge-device environments Evaluate model performance and recommend improvements Work with mission stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions Required Qualifications Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph Master’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree with 11 years of relevant experience, Associate's degree with 13 years of in-depth relevant experience that is clearly related to the position Demonstrated experience designing and implementing sophisticated AI/ML solutions Deep knowledge and experience with AI technologies Experience assessing, evaluating, training, and optimizing ML models Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) Experience with Agentic AI systems Experience implementing RAG capabilities Experience optimizing models for constrained or edge-computing environments Expert Python proficiency Desired Qualifications No desired qualifications listed at this time Exempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans.
