Non-Commissioned Security Officer - (Level II)

Job Title : Non-Commissioned Security Officer Level II (unarmed) Region/Area: Coppell, TX Pay: $18-$20/hour depending on Qualifications, WEEKLY PAY Status: Full-Time Guard Position Overview We are currently seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Guards for a warehouse located in Coppell, TX. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of observation, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a structured, safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns Operate and manage metal detectors and turnstiles to ensure secure access control Conduct routine parking lot checks for compliance Perform assigned safety walks throughout the warehouse to identify and address hazards Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity Communicate clearly and effectively with site personnel and FRPS supervisors Complete daily reports and incident documentation as required Compensation: Pay: $18–$20/hour , depending on qualifications 1.5x overtime pay after 40 hours in the same workweek Weekly pay via direct deposit W2 position – taxes withheld Schedule Hours Monday -Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm Benefits: (Full Time) Employer-paid uniforms Opportunity for advancement and Level III Armed Security training Paid Time Off (PTO): Year 1: Up to 7 days (56 hours) Year 2: Up to 10 days (80 hours) Year 5 and beyond: Up to 15 days (120 hours) Health Insurance: Company contributes up to $300/month toward employee's health plan Comprehensive coverage including medical, dental, and vision (eligible after first month) 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% company match Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Valid Level II (Non-Commissioned) Security License in the State of Texas Previous security or customer service experience preferred Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods Strong communication and observation skills Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality Preferred Qualities: An ideal candidate is flexible and willing to assist at multiple locations as needed A strong work ethic, adaptability, and professionalism are key to success in this role Be a part of something greater.
