TOP INDUSTRY PAY — $120K-$220K, team commission pay plan (based on experience level) FULL BENEFIT PACKAGE — Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K option, Health Savings Account with B Street contribution WORK LIFE BALANC E — Paid Holidays, Vacation, Sick Time; opportunity for 3-4 day weekends PAID TRAINING and potential for growth within the company WHAT YOU'LL DO Minor body repairs Part repair / replacement Fill and priming work Reassembly Suspension repairs Light automotive mechanical repairs Maintain clean and organized environment Read / repair per OEM repair procedures Welding knowledge and skills (steel, aluminum, and spot) Frame rack experience Repair and replace restraint systems (SRS) Structural/frame repair and part replacement experience is a plus and qualifies you for our top pay tier. NON-NEGOTIABLES Monday-Friday, 6:45am-5:00pm schedule Ability to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage parts over 50 lbs Valid driver's license Must provide own hand and power tools (large equipment provided) Self-accountable, high integrity 2-5+ years of experience preferred for top-tier pay band; entry-level candidates with relatable mechanical/automotive background welcome We'll keep your inquiry and our conversations confidential from your current employer, regardless of the outcome.
