If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoy making a difference behind the scenes, this is the role for you What You'll Do Provide daily administrative and operational support to the DD Area Manager/Supervisor Ensure smooth payroll and billing processes for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Maintain DSP compliance documentation and certification records Attend and support planning meetings with members and families Build strong relationships with DSPs, members, guardians, and internal staff Travel locally throughout the Valley for meetings, home visits, and inspections Help ensure services remain compliant, accurate, and responsive Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED (required) 1+ year experience in admin support, behavioral health, social work, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Data entry and time management capabilities Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout the Valley Must be 18+, pass a background check, and obtain a DPS fingerprint card Why Arion Care?
