About the Role The Project Controls Bootcamp at Aegis is an incredible opportunity to learn project controls from experts in the field. General responsibilities include: Review project schedules and provide recommendations based on project execution goals Perform critical path analyses and identify schedule-related problems, recommend corrective actions Conduct site walks for progress validation and prepare monthly reporting packages for the project site team Develop metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to support the program Review the contractor’s progress and present it to management for decision-making Communicate project status and challenges effectively Review and evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously Commitment to learning and actively participating in the Bootcamp program Degree in architecture, engineering, construction, project management, or a related field or two to four years of construction experience Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred Benefits and Perks: Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) + employer match Life and AD&D coverage 100% employer-paid Voluntary life, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance Life Assistance Program Paid Time Off + 10 paid holidays Wellness Program Squishy rhinos Team events
