Customer Service Representatives

Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for property owners regarding facility management, snow removal and landscaping inquiries. You will play a vital role in ensuring prompt and accurate processing of owners' accounts while providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner Document all customer interactions accurately using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools Manage and track service requests related to facility management, snow removal, and landscaping, ensuring timely execution and follow-up Monitor work orders and service schedules for snow removal and landscaping services, ensuring seasonal readiness and vendor compliance Address urgent snow removal concerns such as blocked driveways, icy walkways, or delayed vendor arrivals, while documenting updates in the system Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction in every interaction Skills, Knowledge & Expertise At least 6 months of experience in customer service (inbound and outbound) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office tools Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers Preferrably with experience in facility management, snow management, and landscaping campaigns
