Customer Service Representative

You’ll be responsible for advising customers on a wide range of carefully selected package holidays. You’ll use your travel experience and destination knowledge to help clients choose the perfect getaway, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat bookings. Key Responsibilities Answering phone calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers Providing product or service information, assisting with purchases, and helping customers navigate processes or systems Handling customer complaints or problems, troubleshooting issues, and offering appropriate solutions Escalating issues to higher management if necessary Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Strong verbal and written communication skills Sales Experience (a plus) Passionate about travel with excellent destination knowledge Strong communication and customer service skills Previous experience in travel sales or a customer-facing role preferred Motivated, reliable, and a team player
