Patient Transport Supervisor

Your future role at a glance Location: Tulsa, OK Facility: Ascension St John Medical Center Department: Patient Transport Schedule: Full-time day shift How you'll make an impact in this role Supervise, organize and coordinatedaily patient transportation activities, projects and events and resources. Delegate and assign work commensurate with knowledge, skills, and experience, and assure the work is performed appropriately and serve as an educational resource for support staff. Assist with the interviewing, hiring, orientation, and evaluation of the support staff. Monitor workflow and work volume continuously and adjust worker's job tasks as necessary to ensure daily work completion. Identify and implement systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need Transport, Customer Service experience and ability to be certified in other areas to meet job requirements. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
