OTR CDL-A Driver | Solo or Mentor Option | Experienced & Recent Grads

We're adding Class A CDL drivers for OTR solo and driver mentor opportunities. This position offers no-touch freight, consistent miles, weekly pay, and the option for experienced drivers to earn additional compensation by mentoring new CDL holders.

Solo OTR

• Solo drivers typically stay out
• 10–14 days
• with home time between trips.
• $0.45–$0.55 CPM

Mentor Option

Drivers with qualifying experience can choose to train new CDL holders while continuing to run OTR.

Mentor compensation includes

• $0.45–$0.55 CPM base pay

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old
• Experienced Solo/Mentor applicants need
• 3+ months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet applicable DOT and company qualification requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
