Associate Manager - Processing

Job Description Supervise and coordinate all shift activities related to Corduroy fabric processing .Monitor and control processes including bleaching, dyeing, washing, brushing, cutting, shearing, raising, finishing, and stenter operations .Ensure production is carried out as per production plans, customer specifications, and quality standards.Monitor process parameters to achieve optimum productivity and minimize rework.Ensure fabric quality by monitoring GSM, width, shade, pile appearance, shrinkage, finish, and overall fabric quality .Identify and resolve processing defects such as uneven brushing, pile damage, shade variation, streaks, and finishing defects.Coordinate with Production Planning, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams for smooth production.Lead, guide, and motivate machine operators and shift employees to improve efficiency and productivity.Ensure compliance with SOPs, 5S, safety practices, and company policies.Prepare daily shift reports, production records, downtime analysis, and quality <reports.Support> continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce processing losses.
