As a Home Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our brand-new location. You will be the real-life face of Article, bringing our designs to life and making every in-store interaction a delightful one.About the Bellevue Store:This is our first retail store in the Greater Seattle area, and we picked the beautiful Bellevue Square. Our store address is: Lincoln Square North, Bellevue, WA 98004Store size: 8400 square feetStaff size/ model: 1x Store Manager, 2x Assistant Managers, 2x Sales Floor Leads (key holders), 8x Home Experts (associates)Hours of operation: The store is open 7 days per week, Monday - Saturday, 10 am - 8 pm, Sunday 11 am -7 pmHiring Process:Video Interviews: ongoing (on camera - phone or computer) Final Interviews: September 3rd & 4th (in person)Training Schedule: September 21th - October 9th (3 weeks of full-time training) Types of Employment:Full-Time EmployeesHours & availability: 40 hours a week, 5 shifts a weekPart-Time EmployeesHours & availability: Regularly work fewer than 32 hours a week, and no guaranteed minimum hours/ shifts.
