Data Center Foreman

We are seeking an experienced

Data Center Foreman

to lead structured cabling and infrastructure installation projects in mission-critical environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can supervise crews, maintain high quality standards, and keep projects on schedule in active data centers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise data center technicians on structured cabling projects
• Oversee cable pulling, routing, dressing, termination, and testing (copper & fiber)
• Read and interpret blueprints, rack elevations, and cable schedules
• Coordinate daily work activities and ensure productivity targets are met
• Enforce safety standards and conduct job site safety briefings
• Ensure installations meet TIA/EIA and company quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for project managers and clients

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of structured cabling/data center experience
• 2+ years in a foreman or crew lead role
• Strong knowledge of copper and fiber optic installation practices
• Experience working in live data center environments
• Ability to manage crews, timelines, and multiple priorities
• OSHA 10/30 preferred
• BICSI certification preferred
