Job Responsibilities Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, preparation, and public areas Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services Restock goods, Stock Rotation and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work Perform daily paperwork Keep diligent records as required Follow food hygiene and safety procedures. General cleaning of front and back of house including Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to ensure areas are always cleaned to a high standard.
