About The Role

职位描述 Key Responsibilities 1.Americas Attractions & Activities Operations Manage end-to-end operations of attractions & activities in the Americas, covering product launch, content updates, pricing, inventory, after-sales support, and settlement coordination. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to strengthen product appeal and competitiveness, with playbooks for key suppliers and flagship attractions. 2.Coverage, Competitiveness & Quality Monitoring Continuously monitor product coverage and category completeness to ensure core attractions and high-potential categories are in place; track product competitiveness metrics and drive targeted improvements; monitor fulfillment quality for owned attractions and suppliers and lead continuous improvements. 3.Integration & Iterative Optimization Lead operations and iterative optimization for system integrations with attractions and suppliers, including stability monitoring of API/direct connections. Diagnose and attribute integration errors, produce root-cause conclusions and a knowledge base, and drive continuous improvements. Propose and review feature requests from attractions/suppliers, coordinate testing (including production validation), and manage rollout. 4.Cross-functional Collaboration Align stakeholders on key initiatives, decompose tasks, and track progress for BD and Operations. Collaborate efficiently with attractions and internal BD, Product, Tech, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to deliver objectives on time. 任职资格 Requirements <1.Education> & Experience Bachelor’s degree or above with 3–5+ years in internet/OTA/travel/e-commerce operations; experience in destination or in-destination activities preferred. Familiarity with key U.S./Americas destinations and trends is a plus. 2.Language Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and able to use English as a daily working language 3.Analytical & Problem-Solving Clear logical thinking and strong numerical sensitivity with solid analytics and problem decomposition; structured and plan-driven. 4.Ownership & Drive High ownership and accountability; self-starter who delivers results in fast-paced and ambiguous settings. 5.Collaboration & Project Management Excellent cross-functional communication; proven project management experience driving complex initiatives to timely, high-quality delivery. 6.Product Mindset & Integrations Strong product mindset with the ability to translate business problems into product requirements and work with Product/Tech to deliver. Hands-on experience with direct connections/system integrations (e.g., attraction or supplier APIs, error troubleshooting, joint testing, and go-live) is preferred. Nice to Have Experience with Americas supply development, ticketing or channel pricing/inventory; familiarity with OTA/local activities; proficiency with analytics/workflow tools (e.g., SQL/Excel, Feishu/Lark, Jira).
