About The Role

About Tax & Transfer Pricing A career in our Financial Services Transfer Pricing team, within Financial Services Tax services, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters, leading the creation and implementation of impactful transfer pricing strategies. You will help businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, maintaining compliance with tax regulations and minimising the risk of disputes. As a Manager / Senior Manager you will supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analysing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You will also conduct thorough assessments of clients' current transfer pricing processes and systems and provide practical advice on suitable technology-enabled solutions. Job description and responsibilities As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Lead the team in developing solutions to complex transfer pricing issues for multinational corporations, particularly within the financial services sector or with respect to financial transactions Develop and manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams Manage cross-border engagements and collaborate with PwC transfer pricing specialists across the Asia Pacific and global network. Advise clients on transfer pricing risk management, planning opportunities, and dispute resolution strategies Develop and review transfer pricing policies, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines, local regulations, and client requirements Monitor legislative developments and industry trends impacting transfer pricing and proactively communicate implications to clients and internal stakeholders Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA, CTA or equivalent) is preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong ethical standards and commitment to upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
