About The Role
The successful candidate will report directly to the National Workforce Transformation Leader. The primary responsibility is to support the leader in designing and delivering PwC’s recruitment and selection strategies and processes. As a SO for Workforce Selection, you will: Lead the Selection function and be responsible for achieving selection objectives within the workforce Drive AI adoption in selection process to enhance selection efficiency and quality Partner with national Talent Acquisition (TA) leaders to review, define needs, and deliver the Selection strategy, driving continuous improvement (both online and offline assessments) by mobilizing volunteers and organizing project teams Communicate directly with Line of Service (LoS) HR leaders and People Partners to understand business needs and gather feedback to inform enhancement design Lead and deliver Quality of Hire analysis and drive improvements Manage the selection of vendors and oversee vendor relationships Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) to revamp the Interview Skills Workshop (ISW) and coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely delivery Oversee internal assessment data reviews and provide analysis results and summaries Reporting structure & key relationships Line Manager: Reports to and works with the Workforce Transformation Leader Key Internal Relationships: Partners within the China/Hong Kong Recruitment Team and other HR functions Key Client Relationships: LoS HR leaders and People Partners Requirements Degree background in Psychology/ HR preferred At least five years recruitment/HR experience Experience managing complex and multiple project management Expertise in psychometrics and talent assessment Key personal attributes In addition, successful candidates should illustrate the following personal attributes: Demonstrates courage, passion and integrity Strong desire to continuously learn and grow Open minded, agile with change and practical Communicates with impact and empathy and able to build trustful relationship to effectively support and connect with a diverse team Ability to delegate both routine and significant tasks and decisions.
