大专及以上在校学生，旅游管理、酒店管理、外语类相关专业优先； 2. 具备良好英语听说能力，可以简单完成英文对客沟通，英语水平较好优先； 3. 形象得体，服务意识强，性格耐心细致，善于沟通，热爱酒店服务行业； 4. 能接受酒店轮班制，实习周期6个月，保证稳定在岗； 5. 工作认真负责，遵守酒店各项规章制度。
