Service Line Overview KPMG Digital Ignition Centre is the IT research and delivery centre founded by KPMG China, which aims to drive innovation and digital transformation for both our firm and our clients. The first KDi center was setup in Nanjing in 2017. The second center was setup in Shenzhen in 2021.And the third center was setup in DalianTengfei Software Park in 2022. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders (leadership, operations, clients) to elicit, clarify, and validate business needs via interviews, workshops, and process walks. Analyze current-state (“as-is”) processes, identify gaps/inefficiencies, and design future-state (“to-be”) workflows with clear business cases. Translate business needs into structured requirements: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process/data models. Manage and prioritize product backlogs (Jira/Azure DevOps), ensuring requirements are testable, traceable, and aligned with business goals. Serve as the primary liaison between business and IT, facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and ensure shared understanding. Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessment for new initiatives and system changes. Regularly sort out project progress, data and results, compile project status reports, deliver regular progress updates and project analysis reports to stakeholders and executive leadership, and respond to business and management demands in a timely manner. Experience & Background Bachelor’s degree or above 3 years of professional experience as an IT Analyst Proven experience delivering requirements for software/IT projects in Agile and/or Waterfall environments. Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics Familiar with IT project budget management, resource scheduling and scope control processes. Possess excellent cross-department communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and emergency response capabilities, able to coordinate multiple resources to promote project landing efficiently. Technical Skill Strong proficiency in requirements gathering & documentation: user stories, BRD, FRD, use cases, acceptance criteria. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools. Proficient in AGV software integration Soft Skill Excellent written & verbal communication, both Chinese and English;able to present complex ideas clearly to both business and technical audiences. Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving; detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Effective stakeholder management & facilitation skills; ability to lead workshops and resolve conflicts. Team player with a collaborative mindset; comfortable working cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Certifications: PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications. Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
