(Senior) Research Investigator, Antibody Therapeutics

We are looking for a talented Research Investigator to join our Antibody Therapeutics team. The successful candidate will lead and contribute to the research and development of novel therapeutic biologics to address unmet medical needs. Essential Responsibilities: Support pre-clinical biologics portfolio projects, including but not limited to：antibody screening, antibody and protein engineering, biologics characterization Track the frontier in biologics drug area, nominate new targets, lead the initiation and/or advancement of oncology &inflammatory projects into the pipeline Proactively evaluate new technologies and implement new approaches into the antibody therapeutics development process Train and mentor junior scientists or direct members of project teams in the initiation and execution of experimental plans Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work cross-functionally with colleagues in the Discovery Biology, in vivo pharmacology, DMPK and other relevant functions Cultivate a culture that embraces scientific excellence, urgency, partnerships with key stakeholders, continuous learning and improvement, taking proactive role in personal growth and development Qualifications Required: PhD in Pharmacy, Immunology, Protein science, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, or a related field. Deep and broad knowledge of pathogenesis, cancer biology and immunology with demonstrated scientific achievements Demonstrated experience in antibody discovery, screening, engineering or optimization is preferred. Demonstrated experience in elucidating biology of targets in oncology or inflammatory disease area utilizing pharmacological tools is a plus. Proficiency in a broad range of AIDD and CADD tools, with hands-on experience applying AIDD- and CADD-enabled approaches to antibody and protein engineering, optimization, and developability improvement. Excellent technical skills, extensive experience in broad range of molecular, biochemistry and cell biology techniques including but not limited to cell line handling, flow cytometry, reporter cell assays, ELISA, protein-protein interaction assays (BLI, SPR, etc.) Passionate about hands-on experimental work, able to critically evaluate experimental results and make data-driven decisions Eager to learn new techniques and experimental skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
