APEX TK is looking for a highly skilled

Senior Systems Engineer

to join our team! In this role you will get to utilize your expertise in mission/software assurance, system architecture, and interface design. The selected candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and quality of hardware/software systems, contribute to architectural decisions, and design robust interfaces for seamless integration across MDS platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

Participate in hardware/software engineering activities to include mission/software assurance, code reviews, static analysis, testing, and engineering reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Provide input to programs on software architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality, security, and performance.

Ensure hardware/software engineering/assurance processes are acceptable and reports are assessed.

Provide technical guidance assessing objective evidence for hardware/software engineering.

Extensive experience in hardware/software engineering processes
Extensive experience in hardware/software assurance processes
Experience assessing objective evidence for hardware/software engineering
Professional communications and organization skills
12+ years of related professional experience
Master's Degree in relevant STEM Field

MDA Experience

Knowledge of Agile Engineering Design

Knowledge of Digital Engineering Principals

Knowledge of the Missile Defense System (elements, products, and capabilities)
