Responsibilities

• Maintain and control testability to keep production continue.
• Identifies and resolves assigned product yield, productivity, quality, and reliability problems to achieve company target.
• Leverage Productivity, Quality, Cycle time, and all other manufacturing aspect to contribute company success.
• Qualifies new products to enable production start-up.
• Resolves technical problem to ensure smooth operation.

Qualification

Bachelor or Master‘ s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
0-3 years’ experience in Semiconductor electronics industry or related fields.
Strong analytical, Problem-solving skills and project management, facilitation, and effective communications skills
Six Sigma knowledge or certification is preferable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
